Hitesh Satija qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. He has more than 10 years of wide experience in the fields of audit, accountancy, regulatory and company law matters. He has handled Statutory and Internal Audits of major corporate such as chemicals, infrastructures, engineering, software development. He regularly advises clients in the areas of Business Valuations, Share and ESOP Valuations, Merger and Acquisitions, companies setting up operations in India (mainly Japanese and Korean companies). Hitesh has exposure of dealing with multiple banks/financial institutions and has played a vital role in debt syndication, in and outside India. At Finbase, Hitesh plays a key role in managing the compliance audits, legal due diligence and review of the area of the statutory compliances during Internal Audits, IFC and ICOFR.

Jatin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and BCom (Finance) graduate from the University of Delhi. He is an experienced finance professional with 12 years of experience in process re-engineering and transformation, specialising in process designing and implementation, internal control review and risk assessment, internal audit and accounting advisory. Jatin’s professional experience includes working in companies such as Protiviti Consulting, Bharti Airtel Limited, Credit Suisse, and E&Y.

Arpit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and BCom graduate from the University of Delhi. He has three years of experience majorly into statutory audit, internal audit and tax advisory service. Some of the major sectors he has worked in include hospitality, real estate, print media, manufacturing industry and security service industry. Arpit has previously worked at SARC & Associates.

Ankita is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with three years of experience majorly into internal control review and risk assessment, internal audit, drafting and implementation of SOP. Ankita has previously worked with organisations such as RSM ASTUTE Consulting Pvt. Ltd, Doshi Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants, Prabhat Rathi and Associates, and Mahesh Udhwani and Associates. Ankita has previously worked with organisations such as RSM ASTUTE Consulting Pvt. Ltd, Doshi Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants, Prabhat Rathi and Associates, and Mahesh Udhwani and Associates.

Kapil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and B.Com graduate from the Patiala University. He has three years of experience majorly into statutory audit, internal Audit, ROC compliances and tax advisory services. Some of major sector he has worked in include exhibition sector, IT industry, real estate, manufacturing industry and security service industry. Kapil has previously worked at SNG Advisors.

Namrata is a qualified Commerce & Law Graduate (LLB) and Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. She is having experience of more than 4 Years in handling Company Law and other various Corporate Laws of Listed and Unlisted Public Limited Companies across various Sectors. Her past experience includes working with Corporates as Company Secretary including Ministry of Corporate Affairs. She has obtained comprehensive exposure in handling Revocation of suspension of Listed Company, FEMA Compliances, NBFC Compliances, SEBI and Stock Exchange Compliances, ROC Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Incorporation of all types of companies, Corporate Restructuring services for Merger, Intellectual Property Rights Matters, Appearance before various regulatory authorities viz Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Trade Mark, Patent & other Quasi-Judicial Authorities. She has good exposure to compliance audit and compliance management system, legal due diligence, drafting and vetting of various legal agreements.
